What time is check-in?
Check-in starts at 3 PM daily, but give us a ring on the horn and we'll check you in early if we can.
What time is check-out?
When the clock strikes 11 AM, it's time to burn rubber, but give us a ring on the horn and we'll offer extended checkouts when we can.
Do you accept cash or prepaid cards?
Credit and Debit cards are peachy keen and will get you through the door, any other forms of payment (Cash, prepaid gift cards, Venmo, etc.) aren't accepted.
Do you have a security deposit?
Even the squares pay a refundable $100 security deposit at check-in.
Do you charge for cancelations?
Crash pads canceled within 24 hours of check-in time will be charged a one-night room rate = tax to the card used at the time of booking.
Do you charge a no-show fee?
Check into your crash pad before 2 AM to avoid a No-Show Fee of one-night room rate = tax that will be applied to the card used at the time of booking.
Do you allow smoking in the rooms?
Put out your smokes, all of our crash pads are 100% smoke-free!
Are pets allowed?
We don't want to be a wet rag, but Sparky and Rover have to stay home. Service Animals are welcome.
What's the housekeeping policy?
Our housekeeping team is ready to shake, rattle and roll daily!
